But if the sizing isn’t working out for you, or they really turned out to be more of a Watermelon kid than a Fly Boy…we’ll make it easy for you to fall in love again.

Return/Exchange Policy:

- Items can be returned for webstore credit, or as a refund of the purchase price to the credit card used to place the order. 
- We do not accept returns on Final Sale items. 
- We reserve the right to terminate or amend this policy at any time.  
- Please note that exchanges can take up to two weeks to process, though we'll do our best to expedite this process as we are able. 

If you purchased your helmet from one of our dealers, please return it to them! We are unable to accept returns on helmets not bought from our webstore. 

If we made a shipping error, such as sending you the wrong style or size from that which you purchased, or if you find the helmet defective, then we will gladly e-mail you a pre-paid return label to send the helmet back to us. If the return is not due to our error, simply ship the product back in its original packaging and we will either exchange the item for a different color/size or issue you a credit. The original packaging must be in “new” condition so that we can re-sell your exchange.

Please include a detailed note that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, the reason for the return, the bottom portion of your original web invoice and what action you would like us to take. Please send your package via a traceable delivery service: Canada Post with tracking, FedEx, UPS, etc.

Important: Nutcase does not cover the cost of return postage EXCEPT for a defective helmet or error in shipping (i.e. we ship you the wrong size/style than ordered). If you believe the helmet you received is defective, please call us and send us pictures via email so we can determine the defect and issue you a credit or send you an exchange.  Ordering the wrong size for your head is NOT considered an error on Nutcase's part, so please be sure of your choice and of your size when making your purchase.  Thanks!

Important note: We do not work or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, for instance, your order will not ship until Monday.
